Microdose Mushrooms For Sale
As the legalization of psychedelics gains momentum, there’s an unregulated mushroom market growing in popularity. For a fee, people like Denver-based psychedelic guide Ashley Ryan will give you a “microdose” of dried mushrooms — she says nine milligrams per person is just enough for the “relaxin’ and entheogenic effects.” She offers guided imagery, yoga, and reiki to help participants through the experience.
Microdose mushrooms for sale are a hallucinogenic drug with a history as long as human civilization itself: the Aztecs called them the “flesh of the gods,” Siberian shamans used them to access the spirit world, and hippies loved them for their trip-enhancing qualities in the 1960s. They are also the stars of a new retail boom. At a Portobello Road stall called Psyche Deli, buyers can purchase a variety of varieties, and even grow kits.
Microdose Mushrooms for Sale: What to Look For in Quality
Despite this renaissance, experts say the field still needs to mature. Researchers have yet to establish a clear definition of microdosing, they argue, and rigorous, placebo-controlled clinical studies are needed to test whether the benefits that microdosers claim are real.
In Oregon, a state-licensed system for offering psilocybin mushroom trips, known as the Vital Reset Program, is undergoing its first trials. A similar initiative is underway in Colorado, where Prop 122 removed most criminal penalties around mushroom cultivation, use and sharing, though it has introduced strict rules for advertising. This could push people who offer psychedelics outside of the regulated marketplace to resort to underground channels, like the one Ryan operates.
